Spicy Chicken Tomato Soup

I just made this awesome soup. I am Chaos in the Kitchen, it usually works out, but this time my cooking exceeded all expectations. Best of all, over at The White Queen, we know you don't have time to measure, so it's all measured in cans.

Ladies and Gentleman I present to you:

Spicy Chicken Tomato Soup
~An ecstasy of flavor

Ingredients:
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can of corn - I'd do 2 next time
1 can of mushrooms
3 medium potatoes
3 chicken thigh2
1 box of chicken broth
most of an entire thing of celery
Onion powder
garlic powder
ground Cayenne pepper
*white pepper
paprika
pepper
salt
Tabasco Sauce
Salsa
*Fret not if you lack some spices use what you have

Instructions:
Brown the chicken thighs in a pan and cover them in all the spices except pepper and salt. Use more of the stuff you like and less of what you don't. Leave the chicken browning on low heat and go do other stuff. Flip them over now and then. Uncooked chicken scares me, so I'd actually let it really cook while browning.

Cut up or open all the veggies and put them in a big pot. Add the broth and let it chill. Potatoes should be cut really small. I find they're just awesome if they're just a bit thicker than potato chips.

Get your browned chicken, butcher it into smaller bits. Then throw it all back in your browning pan and get it all cooked and properly browned. Add tabasco sauce to your chicked at this point. I went with approximately 6 squirts. You may want less.

Throw the chicken into your big pot. I also threw the bones from the thighs in to thicken the broth during the cooking process.

Add enough water to it looks like a soup.

Spice to your preference using the spices mentioned above.

Salsa can also be added to spice it up more. Hot salsa is your only real option.

Bring it to boil and then keep it there for about 30-40 minutes or until celery is to your liking.

Throw in another 6 shots of Tabasco during the boiling to kick it up a notch and you should be ready to rock.

Serves one to two all week long.

Enjoy!

P.S. This is an absolute bachelor meal. Make it once, enjoy it all week.
